Responsibilities:
- Assist in keying timesheets for payroll
- Assist in keying projects for project allocation
- CPF Submission
- Submission of claims (NS makeup pay, GPL, FWL waiver, and other government grants)
- Administrate Corppass users
- Interview arrangements
- Assist in full spectrum of employment cycle
- (prepare onboarding, confirmation, promotion, demotion, exit clearance)
- File exit clearance (IR21)
- Annual filing of income tax
- Weekly manpower update
- Maintain HRIS, HRApp and proper P-files
- Maintain database for project passes
- Work pass administration (WPOL & EPOL)
- Workers repatriation
- Workers dormitory coordination
- Leave Administration
- Identify and administrate training needs & enrolments
- Insurance policy renewals and claims submission
- Handle ad-hoc office administration
- Organize company recreation event
- Ad-hoc duties as assigned by management
Requirements:
- Min. Diploma
- 1-2 years of working experience in similar capacity
- IT savvy and proficient in Microsoft Excel and Words
- Conversant with MOM, CPF, IRAS and other statutory boards regulations
