HR Assistant (Part time) [Singapore]


 

Responsibilities:

  • Assist in keying timesheets for payroll
  • Assist in keying projects for project allocation
  • CPF Submission
  • Submission of claims (NS makeup pay, GPL, FWL waiver, and other government grants)
  • Administrate Corppass users
  • Interview arrangements
  • Assist in full spectrum of employment cycle
  • (prepare onboarding, confirmation, promotion, demotion, exit clearance)
  • File exit clearance (IR21)
  • Annual filing of income tax
  • Weekly manpower update
  • Maintain HRIS, HRApp and proper P-files
  • Maintain database for project passes
  • Work pass administration (WPOL & EPOL)
  • Workers repatriation
  • Workers dormitory coordination
  • Leave Administration
  • Identify and administrate training needs & enrolments
  • Insurance policy renewals and claims submission
  • Handle ad-hoc office administration
  • Organize company recreation event
  • Ad-hoc duties as assigned by management


Requirements:

  • Min. Diploma
  • 1-2 years of working experience in similar capacity
  • IT savvy and proficient in Microsoft Excel and Words
  • Conversant with MOM, CPF, IRAS and other statutory boards regulations
