The role
In the role of a Supply Chain Recruitment Consultant, you will be responsible for driving full 360 recruitment by identifying and managing the business relationship with both clients and candidates and driving Eight Talons’ recruitment services.
- Responsible for building up specialized Supply Chain recruitment practice.
- Working closely with the manager to drive market penetration initiatives by formulating a structured business plan and developing market penetration strategies.
- Develop and maintain an exclusive relationship with your clients and drive lead generation initiatives.
- Source, select, and headhunt potential candidates and ensuring the shortlist is in accordance with the client’s full expectations.
Key competencies required
- Prior corporate experience preferred, open to candidates with strong drive lacking in experience.
- Commercially savvy and excellent communicator.
- Enjoys start up culture and upfront with ideas / feedback.
- Driven and ability to work independently.
- Ability to work in a team in achieving the business goal as a group.
