Job Number: 243289Provides consumer lending operational support to bank staff for new account set up. Duties may include lending operational processes, handling payment issues, securing lien positions, document and collateral management, legal and compliance requirements, servicing accounts during life of loan, responding to customer questions and concerns, and providing servicing for complex equity line accounts. Provides problem resolution to complex customer services issues directly to external clients and attorneys. May interface with client, typically via telephone with moderate written communications. Supports wide array of clients including STOLI, Branch personnel, Bank Operations, Collection & Recovery, CLSC Lending personnel, wholesale lending brokers and customers, SunTrust Mortgage, external customers, external vendors and outsourcing partners. Demonstrates mastery of basic operational support and servicing and ret! ail lending production and procedural knowledge. Stays abreast! of product and procedural changes and the addition of new products and services. Strategically evaluates, coordinates, and plans daily operational activities to ensure all processes are completed within established Service Level agreements.
Qualifications:
Minimum requirements:
HS Diploma or GED
3-5 years of experience in related field
Preferred requirements:
7 years of experience a plus
