This executive level professional will provide hands-on permanent, interim and project-based services on behalf of ! Tatum within various local and national companies.
Po! sition Requirements
- 15â€"30 years of successful financial management experience
- Minimum of 5-10 years as Chief Financial Officer (CFO) of a company with at least $50 million in revenue (preferable higher)
- CFO experience for multiple companies highly desirable
- CPA/MBA/CMA highly desirable
- Public accounting and financial consulting experience highly desirable
- Significant experience in raising capital, both debt and equity
- Experience as negotiator and financial leader
- IPO and secondary fund raising experience highly desirable
- Demonstrated ability to handle significant growth and downsizing
- Desire to work in a partnership environment and assist in the development of clients for the partnership and willingness and ability to market Tatum’s services
- Outstanding references from prior employers, as well as service providers such as CPAs, lawyers, investment bankers, venture! capital firms, private equity firms, commercial bankers and others.
- Strategic thinker with operational experience
- Treasury experience
- Ability to roll up sleeves when warranted â€" “Hands on†Executive
