Overall Purpose:
Responsible for managing risk management and loss prevention programs to maintain maximum protection of assets at ! the most economical rates.
Key Roles and Responsibilities:
Investigates and reports on accidents involving organization products, in coordination with insurance companies and attorneys. May also be required to testify in court proceedings or as an expert witness, and provide reports or information for same proceedings. Assists in the review of insurance and risk management programs for effectiveness of coverage and to reduce insurance costs and losses.
Job Contribution:
Works on problems of diverse scope where analysis of data requires evaluation of identifiable factors. Demonstrates good judgment in selecting methods and techniques for obtaining solutions.
Education:
Specialized skill training or certification may be required.
Experience:
Typically requires 2-3 years of experience.
