This position will need to be deta! il oriented individual to fill a Final Docs Auditor position. This position is in a charge of reviewing legal documents for accuracy and making any necessary corrections in a timely and accurate manner

Requirements:
Successful candidates will be responsible for the following:
Minimum of 1 year experience in final documents, loan servicing, title company or working for a real estate attorney
Extremely detail oriented
Self starter,able to work with minimal supervision
Excellent written and verbal communication skills; ability to communicate effectively both internally and externally
Excellent data entry skills and ability to retrieve documents by working investor reports
MERS knowledge
Housing authority/Agency experience
