Exciting legal staffing opportunity for an attorney or paralegal who wishes to use their valuable experience and education in a non-traditional fashion! You will have both business development and recruitment responsibilitie! s. You will establish, maintain and grow relationships with key decision-makers in the top law firms and corporate legal departments in the Tennessee market. You will also recruit and place attorneys, paralegals and legal support professionals across the area.
Success requires superior networking, communication and presentation skills, along with the ability to understand and resolve our clients’ varied staffing needs. Our ideal candidate is either an attorney or paralegal with 5+ years of outside sales or staffing experience. A four year degree is required; JD or paralegal degree preferred. Compensation is a base salary plus commission, with unlimited earning potential.
