Under the direction of the Associate General Counsel for Consumer Replacement and Consumer OE, this attorney will be responsible to serve as day-to-day liaison for and provide legal guidance and assistance to assigned clients, be responsible for drafting, reviewing and revising legal documents, researching and analyzing legal issues and factual situations. This attorney will be responsible for consulting with, advising and responding to client inquires, conducting investigations and negotiating with outside parties. The typical contracts this attorney will be responsible for include confidentiality agreements, sales agreements (including government bids) vendor services agreements, sponsorship contracts and various types of advertising and other marketing documents. Excellent interpersonal skills, good judgment and practical attitude are a must. Requirements
Required:
J.D. Degree from an accredited Law School and admission to the TN Bar. 1-3 years law practice.
Desired:
Contract drafting, negotiation and sales and marketing experience are helpful.
