- Plan and execute marketing campaigns across various channels and platforms
- Analyze and optimize the performance and ROI of marketing activities
- Conduct market research and identify new trends and opportunities
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to deliver high-quality marketing materials and content
- Monitor and report on the competitive landscape and customer feedback
- Support the HRM function in recruitment, training, and employee engagement
To be eligible for this role, you should have:
- A bachelor's or master's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field from a reputable institute like IBA, SZABIST, etc.
- At least 2 years of proven experience in marketing, preferably in the same or similar industry
- Some exposure to HRM or a relevant certification or course
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
- Proficiency in MS Office, Google Analytics, and other marketing tools
- A positive attitude, a growth mindset, and a willingness to learn and adapt
