The ideal candidate shall have working experience on project execution, understanding of materials, vendors, developing designs, having the knowledge of costs.
Responsibilities
- Develop design and stablishing cost against the design.
- Conduct site evaluations to ensure quality of work and adherence to safety standards
- Oversee and make recommendations throughout entire construction process
- Collaborate with various teams in order to establish goals, schedules and budgets
- Should be familiar with how to make BOQ.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in architecture
- Min 2 - 3 years of experience is architecture
- Strong organizational, creative and presentation skills
- Proficient in AutoCAD and 3ds Max
