Outbound calls based on monthly MRC quota, time management is a MUST as this is not a call center. LINX, TBS, COE, Clarify, Remedy, customer care, Sales Cycle knowledge, Outbound sales skills, customer negotiation, Telecom Products and some Telecom network knowledge, Margins, pricing, promotions, time management, business etiquette, microsoft.
