Description: Aerotek Professional Services is looking of Data Entry right now, this position will be settled in Tennessee. Aerotek Professional Services is currently searching for candidates interested in a data entry position with our client, a health care company, in Nashville, TN. This position will be responsible for assisting with processing new and existing member enrollment eligibility, which includes processing daily applications, disenrollment, member plan transfers, address changes, return mail, premium withholds, power of attorney, and other member eligibility requests. They will also review and provide customer service assistance to resolve member inquiries. As well as make outbound verification calls to members and ensure all enrollment eligibility is processed and maintained in accordance with Company, CMS, SOX, HIPAA, Internal Audit, departmental guidelines, requirements, regulations, policies, and procedures.
Candidates must be willing to work Monday - Friday during the hours of 6 AM - 6 PM. Candidates must have a High School Diploma, be Proficient with Microsoft Office and have excellent written and verbal communication and customer services skills as well as strong organization skills. Candidates with prior Medicare enrollment and eligibility experience and prior Knowledge of HIPAA data privacy practices are preferred.
