RMBS is in search of an experienced Credentialing Specialist with a background in Physical Therapy credentialing. The applicant should be familiar with CAQH, PECOS, NPPES and other related credentialing sites.
Position Summary:
- Direct interaction with clients/Providers throughout credentialing process
- Maintain and update provider files in compliance with company policy
- Review provider information for accuracy and completeness
- Research and verification information via the Internet and other types of online databases
- Input provider documents into database
- Correct completion and submission of applications
- Clear and concise verbal and written communication skills
- Detail oriented and accurate
- Problem solving and reasoning skills
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to develop strong working relationships
- Strong organizational, time management and multi-tasking skills
- Previous customer service and/or phone experience
- Basic computer skills
- Ability to work independently and be a self-starter, as well as in a team environment.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour
