  • Facility: Automated Benefit Services (ABS)
What You Will Do:
As the Claims Adjuster, you'll review previously processed claims and make adjustments after investigating issues or errors.
  • Research and review assigned claims by navigating multiple platforms capturing the data/information necessary for processing.
  • Communicate regarding adjustments to resolve claims errors.
  • Complete necessary adjustments to claims and ensure the proper benefits are applied to each claim by using appropriate processes and procedures.
  • Read and assess applicable medical documents.
  • Process Medicaid claim insurance, (medical, dental and vision).
  • Communicate information with a broad audience to support applicable procedures.
  • Strong knowledge of Medicaid claims.
  • Strong knowledge of health claim insurance.
  • Strong knowledge of FACETS.
What You Will Need:
Education:
  • High School diploma equivalency OR 1 year of applicable cumulative job specific experience required.
    • Note: Required professional licensure/certification can be used in lieu of education or experience, if applicable.
Additional Preferences:
Additional preferences:
  • Facets experience a plus.
  • Minimum of 3 years Medicaid claims experience, preferred
  • Health claim insurance processing (medical, dental and vision) experience, preferred.
