Lindsay Transport is currently seeking multiple Shuttle drivers to join our Melbourne Team.

Today we employ over 1500 exceptional individuals, with roughly 35% based in Regional Australia, and together we service over 2 million tonnes of temperature-controlled freight annually across the country.
About the role:
Duties you can expect with this role include:
- Working with temperature sensitive produce for interstate runs
- Ensuring the safe and timely handling of company freight
- Completing relevant pre-start checklists, safety documentation and delivery paperwork
- Interacting with clients in a professional manner
- Working closely with depot teams for the loading, unloading and transportation of freight
- Completing essential safety documentation such as pre-start checklists
This is a Monday to Friday role with departure times from Melbourne to Aeroplane doing changeovers:
- 7pm
- 10pm
- 11pm
About the requirements:
The candidates we are looking for will have:
- 2 years experience Driving B-doubles
- A commitment to workplace health and safety (essential)
- Reliable and punctual with good communication skills
- Possess fatigue management training competency
- A strong customer focus
- Flexibility with start and finish times
To be successful for this role applicants must:
- Available to work a Monday - Friday roster
- Pass a Commercial Drivers Health Assessment including drug and alcohol test
- Provide a current traffic print out
- Be well presented, professional and reliable
Previous refrigerated transport experience is highly respected in this role.
