Description:
We are currently seeking a part-time dishwasher, between 3 and 5 days per week. Weekends and nights required.
Requirements:- Load and unload dishwashing machines
- Wash specific items by hand (e.g. wooden cutting boards, fondue pots, fondue forks)
- Store clean dishes, glasses and equipment appropriately
- Ensure there are always enough clean dishes, glasses and utensils, especially during peak hours
- Maintain cleaning supplies stock (e.g. detergents)
- Check washing machines’ operation and promptly report any technical/performance issues
- Remove garbage regularly
- Sanitize the kitchen area, including the floor
- Communicating with other back of house employees as well as front of house
- General cleaning
- Maintaining tidy, sanitary work stations
- Teamwork
- Weekend and holiday availability is required
- Foodhandler card required per CA law
