Job Description


This lush and light-filled vegan restaurant serves a vibrant and colourful array of Latin-inspired fare. The eclectic menu features a mix of traditional, modern and innovative plant-based dishes, brought together by earthy flavours and peak seasonal produce. Located in Toronto’s Financial District, Rosalinda lends itself easily to everything from feel-good business lunches to after-work cocktails and date nights for guests.

The Day to Day:

  • You’re a strong communicator and conduct yourself in a respect manner with with Servers, Hosts and Bartenders
  • You have a sense of urgency and can complete tasks quickly with ease
  • You’re tuned in to the space you work in and contribute to the overall cleanliness and organization
  • You’ll learn and carry out the proper opening and closing procedures of the bar
  • You’re able to multi task and assist the team with polishing and organizing of glass wears.
  • You’ll be proactive and regularly check and maintain beer keg and liquor levels
  • You’ll assist with the FOH team with food running and interact with guest with enthusiasm
  • Other duties as assigned or required

Qualifications
  • SmartServe Certified
  • Prior barista experience is desirable
  • Enrolled or completed a Hospitality, Food & Beverage and/or Special Events Program is an asset
  • High attention to detail
  • Ability to remain calm under pressure while working in a fast-paced environment
  • Organizational skills
  • Ability to take direction and prioritize
  • Strong oral communication skills
  • High level of product knowledge
  • Ability to maintain a level of professional urgency
