Remarketing Field Coordinators exist to assist Asset Managers on a daily basis with various tasks to Remarket homes for resale. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: Assists in maintaining call volume for the department. Check bank wires. Communicate with title companies, attorneys and dealers to assist in the closing of sale Log updated information into system to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
Request legal letters. Review closing documents, deeds for execution and to confirm they meet state compliance guidelines. Process various types of sales and verify buyer Identification through online websites. Promotes teamwork and department success.
Promotes company image through professional service and actions. Performs other duties as assigned. Work with Asset Managers to ensure they follow required guidelines for each sale type. Perform other duties as assigned.
QUALIFICATIONS: High School diploma or equivalent. College a plus. Strong computers skills with emphasis on Microsoft Office applications. Efficient written and verbal communication skills along with solid computer skills.
Ability to multitask and work efficiently with time constraints. Great atten tion to detail and organizational skills. Great problem solving and decision-making skills. Ability to handle large quantities of paperwork with utmost accuracy.
Ability to work in a team environment with positive attitude. PHYSICAL DEMANDS: Must be able to remain in a stationary position 75% of the time. Constantly operate a computer and other office productivity machinery, such as a telephone, calculator, copy machine, and computer printer. 90% communication methods completed over the phone.
Must be able to exchange accurate information at all times. Ability to identify and assess account status and determine appropriate process. Constantly works in an indoor temperature controlled, sealed window office environment.
