Consumer Products/Industrial Manufacturing Company is looking for:
POSITION: Process Engineer
LOCATION: Memphis TN
SALARY: 70-80K + Bonus
D! EGREE: Not Required but Preferred
EXPERIENCE: 2+
RELOCATION: Available
Looking for manufacturing/industrial engineers to support our our operation.
Partnering with Ops, Maintenance & engineering, they will be responsible for process engineering and continuous improvement projects related to equipment and process efficiency and optimization.
Lean manufacturing experience is highly preferred.
We are open to engineers from the automotive industry.
Minimum 2 years experience in manufacturing
Strong Continuous Improvement Process Management skills
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Strong financial and analytical skills
Ability to lead multiple projects simultaneously, to establish and react to changing priorities
Availability to travel both domestic and international
Ability to leader operationally in their area of responsibility
Achieves results effectively
Defines longterm d! epartmental strategy to drive continuous improvement
Aligns Team in departmental/Plant goals and objectives
Effectively and openly builds and manages cross functional and inter-cultural teams, networks for continued improvement
