Judge Healthcare is currently seeking a Billing and Collections Representative for a well-established Health System in the Franklin area.Job Description:
This purpose of t! his position is to collect insurance premiums and self-pay payments. The candidate chosen for this position will contact customers to determine a reason for payment delinquency, negotiate and advise on payment options, and recover overdue payments. This candidate will be responsible for developing and maintaining organization policies on collection practices and will handle unresolved inquires. The candidate will work with outside legal counsel/agencies in more complex collection situations.
Requirements:
Associates degree from a two-year college or technical school with courses in Accounting, Finance or Business
Bi-lingual
Computer proficiency with experience in Excel and Word
Strong written/verbal communication and phone skills
