Coordinate all aspects of loan application process from receiving contract to closing Communicate with clients, company and its suppliers to complete transaction Review documents for accu! racy and completeness of information Research collateral and compile findings for loan committee Follow up with all parties involved in process and ensure timeliness of transaction Manage data including ensuring information is accurately recorded in database Coordinate with closing attorney to ensure all legal requirements of process are fulfilled Assist foreign clients in establishing US bank accounts and tax id numbers Respond to clients questions and concerns regarding the process of acquiring property, obtaining financing and servicing the mortgage once the deal is complete Effectively communicate with supervisor on tasks being managed and what support is needed Make recommendations for ways to enhance current systems
Qualifications
Excellent Communication skills Strong foundation in basic math skills. Knowledge of finance helpful but not required Strong organizational skills incorporated with the ability to be flexible and exercise common sense Coacha! ble Strong work ethic with the ability to prioritize and work ! with minimal supervision Knowledge of real estate/lending a plus but not required Strong computer skills including experience in Microsoft Excel
