Admission to the TN Bar (active and in g! ood standing) is a must. Qualified candidate should have 2+ years of experience with health care contracts, physician contracts, Stark, Anti-kickback, and regulatory matters in a corporate legal department and/or large law firm environment. Health care-related mergers and acquisitions experience, including due diligence review, required.
Ability to effectively multitask and function in a fast-paced environment is needed.
