DUTIES INCLUDE BUT ARE NOT LIMIT! ED TO: * Maintain established departmental policies and procedures, objectives, patient, and customer service policies* Handle difficult patient and third party follow-up problems* Review accounts recommended for write-off to ensure accounts have aged as determined bycorporate/guidelines* Review accounts in bankruptcy* Review agency and attorney performance reports* Assist team members with questions, concerns, and complaints from insurance companies, patients, and otherpersonnel* Work as a liaison between team members and PAS staff* Assist with payroll activities for team members (i.e., time cards, edit sheets)* Establish working relationships with individuals at insurance companies* Assist manager with developing team goals and action plans* Assist with training of new team members* Practice and adhere to the "Code of Conduct" philosophy and "Mission and Value Statement"* Other duties as assigned
EDUCATION* High school diploma or GED requiredEXPERIENCE* At least o! ne year of collections experience required* Prior supervisory ! experience preferred Parallon
