Judge Healthcare is currently seeking a qualified contract recruiter for a well-known healthcare client of ours in the Memphis, TN area.
Job Description:
To manage the acquisition of t! alent to fill the companies employment roles.
Independently manage recruiting strategies & the recruiting process for a business group. Counsels line managers in final selections, compensation & the recruitment process. Assist management in determining the appropriate compensation for new hires. Build and maintain effective collaborative relationships with the management team of assigned client groups.
Assists managers in correctly navigating Taleo Applicant tracking system. Experience using Taleo as a recruiter a plus. Moderate to heavy requisition work load of 20-25 open positions at any given time. Works in a communal bullpen environment.
