Excellent communication and org! anizational skills required. The candidate must be self-motivated and able to work cooperatively in a fast paced law practice.
Responsibilities will include but are not limited to: drafting pleadings, drafting and responding to discovery, summarizing depositions, maintaining calendar s , scheduling, assistance with file organization, preparing and drafting correspondence, trial preparation and review, accumulation and s ummarization of medical records . Must have a minimum of 4-5 years ex perience as a legal assistant/paralegal .
Must type a minimum of 65-70wpm. Experienc e with Client Profiles and AbacusLaw a plus. The right candidate will be technology savvy, have good legal research skills, understand the litigation cycle, be highly organized, and able to support several busy plaintiff’s attorneys. Paralegals with a 4 year degree preferred. This is a good place to work, yet fast paced. Competitive compensation and benefits.
