Volt has partnered with a respected banking institution to find a Commercial Loan Documentation Specialist to support their Nashville, TN location.
! This is a bank that is unique, driven, leaders and they listen. This position is responsible for the accurate and complete preparation and/or review of Commercial C & I and Commercial Real Estate loan documents utilizing the Bank's document preparation system and attorney prepared documents in accordance with the approved credit facility. This position will work closely with the Lending staff, attorneys, external closing agents and will be responsible for releasing the complete closing package direct to the Lending staff for execution with the client. Types of documentation will primarily include commercial and commercial real estate loans secured by a wide array of collateral (business assets, real estate, leases, marketable securities, etc). This position will have minimal supervision process a complex line of loan products set along with modifications and renewals of commercial based lending. This position will require a strong level of knowledge of loan documentation, b! ank polices, practices and procedures.

Requirements:
Successful candidates will be responsible for the following:
Maintain a solid foundation in all areas of commercial loan documentation.
Analyze and interpret the Credit Approval document and supplemental vendor information to determine borrower, collateral and guarantor requirements, and ensure production of appropriate documentation in compliance with the terms of the loan request.
Prepare and/or review new and renewed loan documents ensuring that all are in compliance with the credit approval document before releasing documents ensuring that all are in compliance with the credit approval document releasing documents for execution for Commercial C & I and Commercial Real Estate loans.
Collaborate and provide feedback to Lending Staff on any concerns identified as it pertain to loan docum! entation, or any material changes that may be needed.
Interact with third party vendors to include various appraisers to request appraisals and attorneys to obtain outstanding closing documents.
Organize imaged documents for processing.
Forward loan documentation package to Lending Staff with appropriate closing instructions and additional required documents if needed.
Performs job responsibilities accurately and timely.
Establish, foster and maintain strong working relationships with team members, Lending, Operations Staff and department managers. Provide a high level of customer service with responding to internal departments to resolve questions.
Fosters a positive working environment with all business partners
