Works independently and with attorneys to respond to governmental agency investigations and attorney letters related to employment claims by employees of affilia! ted employers. Works independently and with attorneys to assist outside counsel in defending employment litigation filed against affiliated employers.
Major Responsibilities:
50% = Preparation of responses to state and federal discrimination or wrongful discharge claims submitted by employees
35% = Preparation of litigation hold notices related to employment claims filed with state and federal agencies or in state or federal court.
15% = Providing general support concerning the defense of various state and federal litigation
Experience:
Five to seven years paralegal experience
Education:
College graduate preferred
Paralegal Certification or comparable (e.g., law school graduate or law license)
