Candidate should have 2 to 5 years of health! care or hospital operations experience handling the following: draft and review contracts, corporate and transactional matter oversight, medical staff matters, physician practice matters and contracts, fraud & abuse compliance, Stark law and the federal Anti-Kickback statute, HIPAA, EMTALA, Certificate of Need laws, licensing and Medicare reimbursement experience. Candidate should have ability to provide day to day health care regulatory advice to CEO’s, CFO’s and Boards of Directors for hospitals, physician groups , etc. Immediate Need.
