We're a team of mental health and social service providers who help families put the needs of children first. Whether that means providing services to keep struggling families together, helping adults be better parents or helping children transition to a new home environment, the needs of the children remain paramount.SequelCare of Tennessee has been providing quality, in-home services for thousands of children and families in Tennessee since 2000. Our case managers are Bachelors and Masters level professionals who meet with children and their families and provide services such as counseling and parenting education. The result is safer, happier home lives for the families we serve.Position OverviewProvides a variety of services to Spanish speaking clients and client families in the Davidson Count! y area. Interacts with Spanish speaking families in person and! on the phone. Works closely with referring case workers from several referral sources, including Department of Children's Services (DCS), other agencies, residential facilities, attorneys, etc. Utilizes community resources and knowledge thereof to meet the specific needs of each case. Testifies in court regarding case work when subpoenaed. Assists in marketing SequelCare of Tennessee's services to referral sources and individuals. Requires a Bachelor's degree with at least two years of related experience. Being fluent in both English and Spanish is required. Demonstrates expertise in a variety of methods of working with families and children. Is proficient in the knowledge of programmatic expectations. All Case Managers work from their own home office, so must have Microsoft Word, faxing capabilities, and cell phone. Must have reliable transportation.
