Description: Special Counsel is at the momment seeking for Labor & Employment Paralegal right now, this occupation will be delegated in Tennessee. Special Counsel is the largest full-service provider of legal staffing and recruiting services in the United States. Our expertise includes temporary staffing and direct hire search and placement of attorneys, paralegals and legal support staff. We are currently recruiting for several labor & employment paralegal positions. Candidates must have a paralegal certificate, BS degree or a JD and at least 3 years of solid L&E experience. Experience collecting and organizing data and working EEOC charges is a must. Candidates must also have prior experience writing position statements. This is an immediate need.
