K & A represents the Client firm recruiting the qualified candidate to present to that client.
Job Description:
Downtown gorgeous law firm, established with a laid back, family friendly environment, has increased their caseload and seeks a focus, detail oriented experienced paralegal.
You will work closely with the attorney on all related cases; be his right hand person handling research, drafts, client interaction, filings etc.
Be VERY COMPETENT wit requesting and reviewing MEDICAL RECORDS; scan and link records to tables, track all that is needed, review depositions and transcripts, identify witnesses, organize records, prepare exhibits and binders, etc...
Research on the internet in PubMed for articles, or obtain through libraries. Conduct background searches. Software utilized: Accurint, LexisNexis, Pacer, Facebook.
You will not be doing evaluations as a Nurse paralegal would do those.
