Position Overview :
The Shipping Department is looking for a detail oriented individual to fill a Final Docs Auditor position. This position is in charge of reviewing legal documents for accuracy and making any necessary corrections in a timely and accurate manner.
Responsibilites :
Minimum of 1 year experience in final documents, loan servicing, title company or working for a real estate attorney Extremely detail oriented Self Starter, able to work with minimal supervision Excellent written and verbal communication skills; ability to communicate effectively both internally and externally Superior data entry skills Ability to retrieve documents by working investor reports MERS knowledge helpful Housing Authority/Agency experience helpful, but not required
