The Bradley Arant Boult Cummings Employee Benefits & Executive Compensation Group is seeking to add an attorney with 2-5 years of experience to our Nashville, Tennessee office. Preferred areas of expertise include (i) drafting retirement plan documents (including defined benefit and defined contribution plans as well as work with pre-approved plans), (ii) drafting of nonqualified deferred compensation plans, (iii) advising clients with respect to operational issues and correction programs for retirement plans and deferred compensation plans, and (iv) advising clients regarding the laws affecting group health plans including HIPAA, COBRA, and the Affordable Care Act. Candidates must have excellent analytical, written, verbal and interpersonal skills as well as superior academic credentials from an accredited law school. Tennessee Bar membership preferred as well.
