Duties involve compiling and maintaining operating court records and documents; provides information to the public and attorneys.

SALARY:
$2,091.00 Monthly

EEOC CODE: 60 GRADE: 39 Minimum Qualifications Three (3) years experience in appropriate clerical, bookkeeping, data processing, or statistical work; and must have graduated from high school or possess GED; or an equivalent combination of related education and experience. (PROOF OF EDUCATION IS REQUIRED). Special Requirements 1. Must pass criminal background check. 2. Must complete a skills assessment. Duties and Responsibilities 1. Receives, examines, researches and develops Juvenile Court family case history and legal records. 2. Locates, pulls and files case history files and legal records. 3. Files correspondence and prepares and mails copies of Juvenile Court orders. 4. Posts minutes of Juvenile Court proceedings. 5. Issues Bills of Costs to clients of Juvenile Court. 6. Answers telephone, look up information to provide assistance to the public or Juvenile Court personnel in order to answer routine inquiries. 7. Prepares and processes attorney petition for court hearing. 8. Perform other related duties as required or directed. Knowledge, Skills and Abilities 1. Knowledge of Business English and arithmetic. 2. Knowledge of office practices, procedures and equipment. 3. Ability to communicate effectively, orally and in writing. 4. Ability to plan, organize and maintain an even flow of work. 5. Ability to deal courteously with the public and co-workers. 6. Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with clients. 7. Ability to operate office machines such as copier, electronic calculator, personal computer, typewriter and microfilm reader.
