Venue Residences is the newest residential property under the Helio property collective. We are both a development and management company, focused on creating beautiful residential properties that cater to a discerning clientele looking for a place to call home. We're looking for someone to join our tight knit team at Venue, to help us reach our goal of making our new building an exceptional place to call home.

Primary Duties:

  • Greet and escort or direct all residents, visitors and vendors to their desired location in the building with a knowledgeable, pleasant attitude.
  • Obtain general knowledge of community floor plan types and amenities to communicate to prospective residents. Able to gather contact information from prospects.
  • Intake and organize all incoming packages, instruct parcel vendors on package locker use and best practices as well as maintain the cleanliness and order of all package areas.
  • Resident package delivery when directed by management staff, to ensure orderly package room.
  • Manage coffee/beverage stations to ensure all items are stocked, organized properly and arranged in an aesthetically pleasing manner.
  • Work cohesively and communicate efficiently with a rotating additional team member.
  • Constantly maintain a positive, calming presence in the grand lobby ensuring leasing prospects, residents and their guests feel warm and welcomed.
  • Walk the entire property throughout the day to ensure utmost cleanliness and note any functional or cosmetic defects, which should be promptly taken care of or reported to the right departments.
  • Maintain our high presentation standards in grand lobby, conference room, model apartments, fitness center, rooftop pool and lounges, parking garages, hallways and the keystone lobby/rooftop and hallways.
  • Understand and work within property systems and applications to assist in work order entry and direction of rent payment.
  • Maintain utmost residential confidentiality.
  • Be responsible for the safety and security protocols of front desk technology.
  • Assist Management and Leasing team with outside projects as necessary.

Qualifications We Look For (but not required):

  • At least 2 years of similar role or customer service facing role.
  • Must be okay with multi-tasking, answering high-volume phone lines and answering inquiries professionally (face to face), timely and to the best of your abilities.
  • Problem solving skills and bring conflict resolution to any anticipated or current matter.
  • Detail oriented, articulate and ability to multi-task in a high-volume and demanding work environment.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to understand and follow written and verbal instructions.
  • The Front Desk Team Member may be required to work evenings, weekends and holidays as needed.

Physical Expectations

  • Must be able to seize, grasp, turn and hold objects with hands.
  • Fast paced movements are required to go from one part of the community to another.
  • Occasionally kneel, bend, crouch and climb as required.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $26.00 - $28.00 per hour

Expected hours: No more than 40 per week
