1. Monitoring food court operation opening until closing. 2. Do the closing for each tenants and collect report sales every day. 3. Record and filling the sales receipt. 4. Update total sales report to head of department every day and weekly total sales report to the HQ. 5. Send all documents (receipt, invoice, tenancy agreement, etc) to food court tenants. 6. Receive all sorts of complaint from tenants and customers. 7. Find the prospective tenants. 8. Handling all the documents regarding tenancy 9. Do the tables arrangement at food garden. 10. Decorating the food garden (plants arrangement). 11. Do the daily checking for cleaning in food garden. 12. Ensure the cleaning workers clean and sanitize the food garden every day. 13. Ensure the cleaning workers clean the dishwashing area (sink, grease trap, etc). 14. Ensure the cleaning workers do the cleaning process for dining area and dishwashing area. 15. Ensure the attendance of the cleaners according to the schedule.
