• Demonstrate a depth and breadth of experience in Facilitation, Training, and Supervision of service users with a disability in a centre based service and/or community settings. • Demonstrate a depth and breadth of experience in positive behaviour support and working with people with Intellectual disabilities, Autism and/or Mental Health difficulties. • Demonstrate a depth and breadth of experience of implementing community integration programmes for people with disabilities in line with New Directions standards.
