Account Manager - EPC [South Korea]

Hexagon’s Asset Lifecycle Intelligence division is seeking to hire an Account Director - EPC. The selected candidate could reside in Korea.

We are looking for a self-starter that is responsible for developing leads and opportunities in the assigned sector as well as working with a channel partner(s) in the fulfilment of deals.

As the Account Director you will be responsible for:
  • Develop and maintain Hexagon’s Asset Lifecycle Intelligence’s market share in the region by generating additional sales leads with new for Hexagon’s Asset Lifecycle Intelligence software and service solutions along with other products as required by management.
  • Understanding and evaluating the external business environment and customer demands to identify and secure profitable business opportunities in previously untapped markets.
  • Conduct high-level discovery meetings with C-Level executives while Connecting customer business needs with Hexagon’s Asset Lifecycle Intelligence products and services.
  • Master the use of our sales technology, digital assets and sales process to gain a strategic advantage.
  • Continuously develop product, industry and competitive insights and expertise.
  • Build a network of key decision-makers and buying influencers.
  • Update and Maintain the Go Sell database in line with our selling practices, policies and procedures. Including, Account plans, and activities to ensure accurate representation of Customer engagement.
  • Acting as the main interface with the client to ensure optimal service level is provided and all the client’s requirements are met at all times.
  • Understanding the customer’s business, objectives, decision-making processes, and buying criteria and forming long-term business partnerships to leverage revenue from the relationship.
  • Develop and maintain a network of industry associations and contacts.
  • Work closely with new clients to determine their future needs and propose suitable products, services and upgrades to maintain and grow revenue streams for Hexagon’s Asset Lifecycle Intelligence.
  • Develop and update regularly accounts plans that will assist Marketing with planning and scheduling programs and campaigns.
  • Maintain contact with assigned clients and ensure their continued satisfaction with Hexagon software and services.
  • Conducting product demonstrations and coordinating the preparation of Sales proposals, tenders/bids, contracts and Account Management plans.
  • Coordinating, conducting and participating in Sales promotions campaigns, events and displays.
  • Identifying potential partners or clients, performing competitive research, evaluating proposed deals/partnerships and analyzing and developing business cases for new business targets.
  • Keeping abreastcompetitors’or’s Sales strategies.
  • Negotiating contracts by Hexagon’s Asset Lifecycle Intelligence policies.
  • Liaising with Technical support staff regarding technical issues to ensure client retention and continued business.

자격요건:
  • At least 15 years of software sales or consulting experience for a large enterprise software organization, sales experience within the specified markets will be highly favorable.
  • Previous experience selling enterprise solutions to C-level executives.
  • Experienced in consistently winning large scale seven figure deals in US$ (10 figures deals in KRW).
  • Strategize, share and execute best practices for winning enterprise level accounts.
  • Strong knowledge of the engineering practices and requirements within the target markets.
  • Proven sales ability including outstanding negotiation skills, persuasive ability and a proven history of meeting sales targets.
  • Strong working knowledge and understanding of Hexagon products with particular reference to technical solutions in the target markets.
  • Tertiary qualification in a relevant field.
  • Previously being a part of an engineering project team with an understanding of the specific product/market, would be highly valued.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to use well developed communication and social skills to persuade and influence the views of potential clients
  • Ability to tailor presentations to suit individual clients’ needs and deliver those customised presentations in an engaging and persuasive manner
  • Strong working knowledge engineering practices
  • Proven sales ability including outstanding negotiation skills and persuasive ability
  • Ability to deal with clients at all levels, identify client needs and translate those needs into complete solutions of Intergraph products and services
  • A strong knowledge base of fundamental management, accounting and reporting skills.
