Description: ResCare is in need of Transporter right now, this position will be placed in Tennessee. For complete informations about this position opportunity kindly read the description below. Provides or arranges for transportation for children and family members as outlined in the case plan on a timely basis.
ï‚· Report and document incidences during transporting of children.
ï‚· Observe and document behaviors of clients and children during transport.
ï‚· Adheres to all deadlines for documentation, schedules, timesheets, mileage, etc as outlined by internal procedures and contractual
obligations.
 Provide testimony As Needed: Respond to all subpoenas and requests for information by DES and the Attorney General’s Office in a
timely manner. Attend court hearings to provide information regardi! ng cases as required.
ï‚· Assists in distribution, collec! tion, and reporting of satisfaction surveys pursuant to contract requirements.
ï‚· Informs supervisor and all appropriate community contacts of reportable incidents pursuant to federal, state, and local standards for
reporting abuse and neglect.
ï‚· Reports incidents of abuse and neglect according to federal, state, and local standards.
ï‚· Participates in Quality Improvement activities in the agency as requested.
ï‚· Attends staff meetings as scheduled.
ï‚· Demonstrates understanding of and actively promotes ResCare mission and vision.
ï‚· Demonstrates understanding of and actively promotes AmeriPsych's mission and goals.
ï‚· Models components of ResCare Quality Way (Creating Direction, Customer Focus, Employee Focus, Face to Face Communication
and Managing for Outcomes).
ï‚· Projects a positive attitude and/or enthusiasm for the job, program and the agency to others, and supports others in developing a
positive outloo! k for the agency.
ï‚· Consistently exhibits a quest for excellence, striving to constantly improved and develop more efficient systems that produce an

Requirements
Qualifications:
MUST HAVE THE ABILITY TO INTERACT WITH TROUBLED FAMILIES IN A SUPPORTIVE, PROFESSIONAL MANNER. MINIMUM AGE
REQUIREMENT IS 19 YEARS. ABILITY TO EFFECTIVELY AND PROFESSIONALLY COMMUNICATE (VERBAL AND WRITTEN) WITH ALL
LEVELS OF PERSONNEL INTERNAL AND EXTERNAL TO THE COMPANY. CAPABLE OF WORKING RESPONSIBLY WITH HIGHLY
CONFIDENTIAL INFORMATION AND OF MAINTAINING COMPOSURE UNDER DURESS. ABILITY TO MULTI-TASK AND DEMONSTRATE
GOOD ORGANIZATIONAL SKILLS. MUST BE ABLE TO WORK INDEPENDENTLY AS WELL AS PART OF A TEAM. WORKING KNOWLEDGE OF
COMPUTERS AND SOFTWARE, INCLUDING WORD, EXCEL, E-MAIL, AND OTHER USUAL AND CUSTOMARY OFFICE PROGRAMS. MUST
MEET ALL ! AGENCY REQUIREMENTS FOR PRE-EMPLOYMENT AS REQUIRED BY RESCARE AND/OR ST! ATE REGULATIONS. EVENING AND
WEEKEND WORK HOURS ARE REQUIRED.
EDUCATION:
High school diploma/GED and 1 year experience in social services or closely related field.
