Actively seeks to develop new business through prospecting, Centers of Infl! uence, client referrals. Retains and strengthens client relationships to maintain sales goals in deposits, loans, revenue growth, profitability, and client acquisition. Creates revenue for the Business Banking Segment via New Primary Relationships. Be able to assume a portfolio of Business Banking clients at some point in the near future.
Qualifications
Basic Qualifications
:
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
4 years experience in business relationship management, lending or financial services position.
Demonstrated experience and success in prospecting, meeting and exceeding sales calling and production goals, managing and building strong client relationships.
Experience in credit, credit support or financial analysis.
Preferred Qualifications
:
Formal Credit Training Certification/Program.
Strong Local relationships with small business owners, attorneys, CPA! s, and other key influencers in the community.
