EOE.Essential duties and responsibilities: â! €¢ Preparing legal documents such as briefs, pleadings, appeals, wills, contracts, initial and amended articles of incorporation, stock certificates and other securities, buy-sell agreements, closing papers and binders, deeds, and trust instruments for review, approval, and use by lawyer(s)• Obtaining tax identification numbers; preparing inventories, accounts, petitions, and pleadings• Performing investment analysis and routine trust accounting; maintaining creditors and security of a decedent's homestead• Drafting affidavits, statements, schedules, settlements, orders, tax returns, and petitions• Maintaining estate records, bank accounts, and investments
