Here are a few things you'll likely find yourself doing in this role...
- Nurse Arrivals
Travel to client location one day prior to nurse arrival.
Take care of apartment paperwork and furniture rental (arrangements will be made prior to arrival)
Shopping for nurse packages to go to apartment(s).
Pick-Up nurse(s) and families in some instances) from airport.
Take nurses to the Social Security office, to the bank to open an account, cell phone store.
Take nurses to the hospital to meet with HR, Nurse Managers, and Employee Health.
Assist nurses in completion of HR paperwork and arrival package.
- Licensing
Communication with Boards of Nursing, Nurses and HCCA Health Connections staff in the Philippines to facilitate a smooth licensing process.
Monitor nurse license expiration dates utilizing reports, database system and through communication with HCCA International and HCCA Health Connections staff both in the U.S. and abroad.
Assist in documenting and keeping all pertinent nurse licensing information and certifications up-to-date in DataLink. Enter and scan into data base all temporary, permanent license information, including expiration dates as they are received.
- Immigration Processing
Review all immigration documents received from the Manila office for errors and omissions prior! to sending them to the immigration attorney.
Enter for immigration status updates in DataLink.
Here's what you need to have...
- High School Graduate, college degree preferred
- Computer competency to include Word, Excel and Databases experience
Ability to manage multiple tasks/priorities, while working accurately and independently in a fast-paced environment with minimum supervision
Responsible for maintaining an accessible follow-up system to ensure CSI department has appropriate data needed to maintain continuity in their duties.
Strong organizational skills to manage multiple, simultaneous projects to completion, while working in a team environment.
Strong interpersonal skills needed to support the high pri! ority of the position
