Customer Service Representative


 

We are seeking a customer service specialist to join our team! You will be responsible for helping customers by providing product and service information. We provide a merit based full corporate training with a fast-track program to management 30-90 days. THIS IS NOT A REMOTE POSITION (ON SITE)

Responsibilities:

· Provide information about the products and services to clients.

· NO SALES OR COLD CALLING REQUIRED FOR THIS POSITION

· Troubleshoot and resolve product issues and concerns.

· Document and update customer records based on interactions.

· Develop and maintain a knowledge base of the evolving products and services.

Qualifications:

· Previous experience in customer service, sales, or other related fields

· Ability to build rapport with clients.

· Ability to prioritize and multi-task.

· Positive and professional demeanor

· Excellent written and verbal communication skills

· Must be comfortable in a fast-paced environment.
