Qualifications
Responsible for generating insights that drive decision-making across the organization. This role is responsible for data acquisition, data management, data integrity, reporting, and business process analysis. This role maintains a comprehensive information resource, ensuring consistency and integrity of data.
Responsibilities

- Prepares high acuity care reports and analyses.
- Performs historical claims episode analysis and review in partnership with the Medical Economics team.
- Performs ongoing episodic claims reconciliation process with contracted payors.
- Maintains a suite of recurring reports and reporting tools (KPI dashboards).
- Supports the operations and finance departments with monthly and ad hoc reporting needs.
- Complies with policies, procedures and regulatory mandates including but not limited to abiding to the terms of the Amedisys Compliance Program.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
Required
- Bachelor's degree in healthcare, healthcare administration, business administration, or another relevant field.
- Two (2+) years of experience in analytics, preferably with a focus in healthcare claims.
Preferred
- Experience with data visualization (Power BI, Tableau).
- Financial reconciliation experience.
