Experienced attorney needed to provide legal counsel to in-house clients on a variety of commercial & real estate transactions, commercial agreements (including procurement, production, logistics & R&D agreements) and advising clients on commercial obligations and disputes. Transactional work may include M&A, financial transactions, and other complex project work, including international transactions. Real estate responsibilities include drafting and negotiating leases and subleases, purchase & sale agreement, deeds, easements & letters of intent, construction & architect agreements and Federal & state grant/financing agreements for real estate projects Qualified applicants will have knowledge & experience of real estate environmental laws/issues, real estate financing/insurance, Payment-in-Lieu-of Taxes (PILOT) arrangements with Industrial Development Boards (IDBs) & similar quasi-government agencies and Foreign Trade Zone arrangements. Must need minimal supervision in a dynamic cross-functional/cross-cultural business environment. 10+ years of experience, along with top academic credentials required. Experience in Manufacturing sector is preferred. Occasional overnight and international travel.< /p>
