Tax - International Tax Senior The candidate will advise US and foreign multinational companies on the tax implications of their i! nternational operations as well as coordinating US tax laws with foreign tax laws to develop an optimal worldwide tax strategy. Should have Bachelor's in Accounting, Masters in Taxation, Masters in Accounting, or J.D./LL.M. (with undergraduation in business related field). CPA is preferred.
Must have 3+ years of corporate tax experience, preferably with several focused on international taxation. Will be trained and taught international tax to candidate with either corporate or partnership tax experience. Experience with other large accounting firm, law firm, or large corporate tax department of a multinational company is required. Some travel is needed.
