This position is primarily responsible for ongoing maintenance and operational expansion of large, complex, and distributed Identity Man! agement Systems that span multiple technological platforms and integrate sophisticated technical capabilities with complex business policies and rules. Specifically this position will be responsible for the build and improvement of an Identity Data Warehouse. This individual will work with key IT&S and Company stakeholders to provide access to critical identity data to enable timely technical and business decisions . As such, the ideal candidate will combine superior technical skill with precise attention to detail and excellent communication and relationship building skills.
MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES
% of Time and Description
40% - Solution Support and Maintenance
- Performs as lead technical support engineer for one or more enterprise level Identity Management Systems, primarily responsible for maintaining and troubleshooting all components of the solution, including and not limited to servers, scripts, databases, web services, etc.!
- Provides oversight, guidance and training to other e! ngineers and analysts involved in the process of supporting or operationally expanding the Identity Management solutions.
- Develops close working relationships and effectively engages with key IT&S personnel to configure, manage, and support enterprise Identity Management systems.
- Engages with vendors on design planning, solution development, upgrades, patching and configuration management of supported systems.
- Executes change management processes for supported systems.
- Develops and maintains system configuration and support documentation for supported systems.
- Demonstrates a progressing breadth of influence with customers and business personnel across the organization.
- Engage with partner organizations to gather requirements, support user groups, support local testing efforts and report outcomes.
- Provides oversight and/or direct support to acquisitions and divestitures.
- Develops tactical plans to expand the Identity Management solutions in line with the strategic direction of Information Privacy & Security, IT&S, their customers and business partners.
- Participates in assessing new Identity Management solutions and technologies.
- Executes plans to operationally expand the Identity Management solutions.
- Supports internal and external projects and initiatives by providing expertise in Identity Management solutions.

College Graduate Preferred
Technical Training
Other as Noted:
- Additional relevant IT Security training (eg. CISSP, GSEC, Security+, Network+ etc.)
- College degree, technical certification or equivalent work experience required.
- Minimum 5 yrs IT experience, at least! 3 of which includes responsibility for administering information syste! ms access controls.
- Must have in depth knowledge of MS SQL Server and demonstrated ability to write and troubleshoot SQL queries.
- At least VBScripting proficiency with preference given to C# development skills.
- Must have excellent interpersonal skills to interface with all levels of the organization across all lines of business.
- Must have excellent written and communicative skills.
- Requires excellent problem determination skills.
- Requires an excellent understanding of IT security policies and must be able to manage and administer security programs with minimal supervision.
- Possesses good project management skills to plan and implement complex and complicated projects as related to IT security.
- Demonstrates excellent analytical skills by identifying process issues.
- High level of patience, empathy, courtesy, and listening skills required in dealing with customers and their problems.
- Abil! ity to judge severity of problems and use discretion in obtaining services needed.
- Demonstrates leadership skills in dealing with peers and associates.
- Must have in-depth knowledge of Microsoft Windows technologies with preference given to knowledge of the HCA implementation.
- Must have demonstrated knowledge of scripting technologies.
- Must have working knowledge of HTML and XML.
- Must have worked in large enterprise environment with preference given to intimate knowledge of HCA IT&S environment and processes.
