Adoptions Program Manager

Description: Centerstone is looking of Adoptions Program Manager right now, this position will be dwelled in Tennessee. Detailed specification about this position opportunity please read the description below. The program manager for adoptions is responsible for overseeing all potential adoption for youth in the FCS program. They will meet with the youth to discuss this option, meet with case managers,! other program managers, potentiall new families and members in DCS to ensure a smooth process of adoption occurs.
Requirements:
Bachelors degree minimum
Masters degree prefered but not mandatory
2-5 years working in adoptions field
Understanding of adoption laws and practice
Good communication skilss
Good writting skills
Able to work with many different people in the adoptions process, (case workers, judges, lawyers)
