M-Tek, Inc., a leading Tier I automotive interior supplier, has an immediate opening for an experienced Quality Engineer at our Manchester, Tennessee facility. Our world-class organization! produces high quality products. We are seeking a hands-on, self motivated results and team-oriented professional. Candidates should have a high school diploma, GED or higher with 6 or more years experience in the quality field and 3 years in a manufacturing environment. The individual should have the ability to interpret blueprints, drawings, etc. and have computer skills for Windows as well as Word Processor and Spreadsheet software. The candidate must be capable of using basic measurement devices such as micrometers, calipers, indicators, coordinate measuring machines, etc. Candidates must have the ability to travel for extended periods of time with limited prior notice and be able to work any assigned shift. They must have the ability to judge color visually and must pass the Farnsworth-Munsell 100 Hue test yearly. The successful candidate must be capable of overall professionalism in a business environment.
