Final Docs â€" Franklin, TN

Overview: The Shipping Department at Franklin American Mortgage Company is looking for a detail
oriented individual to fill a Final Docs Auditor position. This position is in charge of reviewing legal
documents for accuracy and making any necessary corrections in a timely and accurate manner.

What we need from you:

• Minimum of 1 yr experience in final documents, loan servicing, title company or working for a

real estate attorney

• Extremely detail oriented
• Self Starter, able to work with minimal supervision
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills; ability to communicate effectively both

internally and externally

• Superior data entry skills Ability to retrieve doc! uments by working investor reports
• Additional skills that would be helpful include:
• MERS knowledge
• Housing Authority/Agency experience
• GNMAE certification preferred
